TRANSITIONAL HOUSING
Contact UsStable Housing & Family Assistance
Our Transitional Housing program is designed to help children in need of stable housing and emotional support during times when the biological parents may be unable to provide a safe and nurturing home environment. We offer safe, temporary housing with supportive services to help families regain their independence while awaiting placement into permanent housing.
The program provides more than just a roof over your head; it offers a pathway to self-sufficiency. Our children will receive case management services, school and medical assistance along with unlimited access to community resources. We work closely with families and courts to develop a personalized plan that addresses their specific needs, whether they are overcoming homelessness, escaping domestic violence, or recovering from a crisis.
Temporary housing is available until permanent housing becomes available with a loved one or court appointed caregiver is readily accessible. Our team provides ongoing support throughout the entire process to ensure that our families are equipped with the tools they need for long-term success. If you or someone you know is in need of transitional housing, we encourage you to reach out for more information about our application process.
